Both surfaces must be sanded. Mixing ProcedureFrom the tube with the white cap, squeeze out a bead of resin onto a flat non-absorbent surface such as a piece of cardboard.From the tube with the black cap, squeeze out a bead of resin next to the previous bead.Use only as much as can be applied in 2-3 minutes, However, to ensure equal proportions, the bead should not be bigger than 15mm.Replace the colour coded caps CORRECTLY.Use a small stick to mix thoroughly until en even colour is obtained.Use within 3 minutes of mixing.Set Time (at 23°C)This is temperature and quantity dependent.The Pratley will gel in 6 minutes.Will by dry to touch in 30min.60% strength in 3 hours.Completely dry in 3 hours.Full strength in 24 hours.Some suggested uses:Mend metal ornamentsMend silver mugs or candlesticksFill blow holes in castingsFill badly welded jointsBond metalsmend Ceramic and stone objectsRepair leaksNot Recommended for:Bonding rearview mirrors to windscreens.Continuous high temperature above 90°C.Flexible materials.Prolong underwater environment.WARNINGSBefore cured may cause an allergic skin reactions.
